Government employees can designate The TMJ Association in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) by entering CFC Number #12102.

For State Government Employees

State Government Employees in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, Washington, and Wisconsin can designate The TMJ Association in the State Employees Combined Campaigns (SECC).

Planned Giving
